How does it work?
We give you a phone number and you call forward your landline and mobile phone numbers to it whenever you need to, that’s it!
Call team answer the phone with your company name. An email and/or a text will be sent to you for every message we take on your behalf.
How quickly can I start?
We need a couple of hours to set you up on our system.
When are you open?
We are open 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
Outside of those hours your caller reach a bespoke voicemail message and we will ring them back.
How long is the contract?
There is a 30 day rolling contract.
Who are we?
Call team was established in 2009. In 2016 the business changed hands but the call handlers remained. We are a business for the internet age, we have no offices and no employees. We are all freelancers who work from our own home.
